How training works
1) Needs Analysis
Identify each client’s role, daily communication tasks, and current English level.
2) Goal Plan
Define clear training goals aligned with the required English level, role-specific vocabulary, and communication skills needed to perform the role effectively.
3) Training Cycle
Determine the level of intensity and out-of-class time the client can dedicate to English training. An appropriate training cycle is then defined to support the client’s goals with training usually delivered weekly or twice weekly in 90-minute sessions.
4) Progress Reporting
Ongoing progress reporting and feedback are key for effective training outcomes. Companies and participants will receive clear summaries of improvements, weaknesses, covered material, and next steps. Training is role-specific and designed for quick application on the job.
Professional Standards and Documentation
All training programs are delivered with clear documentation, structured evaluation, and professional standards suitable to support potential employer-funded training applications.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Before moving to Germany to establish Leathers English, Hank worked in the United States as a junior accountant and as a real estate investment analyst.
Based in Hamburg, Germany, Hank works primarily with professionals who require English in international business contexts. He has taught himself German to a near C1 level, allowing for clear communication with German speaking clients and HR departments.
